Emil Frey Racing is ready for the last of a total of 10 race weekends of this year’s GT World Challenge Europe. The upcoming race weekend will be held at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya and will have the drivers battle it out in a three-hour Endurance Race that will be kicked off this Sunday afternoon at 3pm. The team is headed there to defend their third place in the overall ranking and to take home the Silver Cup drivers’ and teams’ titles. Emil Frey Racing has fond memories of the track in Barcelona. In the 2020 season, the team landed several podium places and is now hoping to repeat the success achieved there.

The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, located in Montmeló north from Barcelona, is 4,566 km long and boasts a total of 16 turns. The track hosts, amongst others, the Grand Prix of Spain and also serves as a test track for the Formula 1.

The team is thrilled about Jack Aitken’s return, who was able to rest and fully recover, and is now ready to enter the fight once again for Emil Frey Racing. Just in time for the season closer, the driver trio of the #114 Lamborghini will be reunited. The Emil Frey Racing team currently holds third place overall. A limited number of fans will be allowed to catch the race live on location, with strict safety measures in place. The team is looking forward to an unforgettable season finale and is hoping for a successful weekend.

The following schedule will be in place in Barcelona:
